Hi, I’m Katie O’Brien.

I’m a proud mom of four, entrepreneur, artist, and the Founder and Designated Managing Broker of Radiant Group Realty. 

I grew up on the southwest side of Chicago, spent more than two decades raising my family in Palos Hills, and eventually found my way to the quiet charm of Grant Park, where I built the brokerage I’ve always envisioned. My path hasn’t been a straight line, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve learned that some of the most meaningful chapters in life begin when we find the courage to turn the page. 

Those experiences have shaped not only who I am, but how I serve my clients. 
I understand that buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. It’s often the beginning of a brand new chapter.

Licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, I work with first-time homebuyers, growing families, luxury clients, seniors navigating life’s transitions, and everyone in between.  As a professional home stager, I combine thoughtful presentation, strategic marketing, and honest guidance to help every client make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me creating art, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, or dreaming up my next big idea. Creativity has always been part of who I am, and it naturally influences everything I do, from marketing homes to helping clients see possibilities they may not have imagined. At Radiant Group Realty, I believe every move begins with seeing what’s possible.
